Tokyo Police Club’s Graham Wright Offers Free EP

Always one for classy moves (Tokyo Police Club just appeared on “Desperate Housewives”) Tokyo Police Club keyboard artist Graham Wright has released an EP titled the lakes of alberta. Recorded earlier in the year, Wright wasn’t ready for a full on release, but (according to Pitchfork) had promised himself that he was going to release the EP before the end of 2008. And bam, here it is. He is offering it as a free download as low quality MP3’s, for the high quality variety there is a service charge of $5. The band is currently gearing up for the winter “Jingle Bell Rock” tour with Metric, the Dears, Sebastien Grainger & the Mountains, and DJ Mike Relm.
