Weezer announce first North American tour in three years
Filed Under: live

“If you want to rock, you know where to find us!” Pat Wilson, the drummer of everyone’s favorite college rock wimps Weezer, announced this week. The band have announced their first tour in three years in support of their latest album ‘Weezer’ (also known as The Red Album) which will span the whole country, from Madison Square Garden in NYC to the Great Western Forum in Los Angeles.
The band will open their excursion with Warped Tour darlings Angels and Airwaves and Toronto-based Tokyo Police Club who are supporting their debut full length Elephant Shell
Weezer also made use of their Youtube channel by releasing their own cryptic tour announcement via their eighth webisode, entitled The Sound Of Music. They have concocted a mix of songs relevant to each city that they will grace on tour. Very creative boys, but also rather pointless as you can find the tour dates right here after the jump.
